The only thing hotter than the courts at this year’s US Open? Our skirts.
Jessica and I packed our bags (and our Playful Pleats, of course) and headed to NYC for a week of tennis, style, and so. much. sweating. But thanks to our towel-lined pleats, we stayed cute and collected through it all.
We wore our Playful Pleats skirts every single day—and y’all, we could barely walk ten feet without someone stopping us to ask about them. From fellow tennis lovers to curious fashionistas, everyone wanted the scoop on the skirts that kept us cool and confident.
At one point, the actual New York Post asked us for an interview. An interview! I was so excited I could barely speak (which, if you know me, is saying something). We’ll see if it ever hits print—but hey, we’re manifesting!
Between the world-class matches, celeb sightings, and endless compliments, the trip was a total win. I left with a full camera roll, a full heart, and even more conviction that Playful Pleats is doing something truly special for women who love to move.
Already dreaming about next year’s Open—but first, where to next? Wimbledon? Roland Garros? Or maybe just a little Southern tennis tour with our favorite sweaty sisters?
